Our firm has a long history of advising Charities in relation to the disposal of their property assets. We provide advice in accordance with the Charities Act 2011, providing Trustees with Qualified Surveyors Reports. Our reports comply with the RICS Red Book (RICS Valuation – Global Standards and UK National Supplement). In accordance with Charities Commission recommendation we also can advise Trustees when acquiring land or property.
